If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from accessing the Site or using our Services.

Serefair reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, at its sole discretion. Updates become effective immediately upon publication on the Site. Continued use of the Site or Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Serefair provides coaching, mentorship, and intuitive guidance services for personal growth, embodiment, creativity, and soul-aligned living. Services may include, but are not limited to:

Our Services are offered globally. However, Serefair operates under the laws of Canada. Clients outside this jurisdiction are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws.

3. HEALTH DISCLAIMER

Our Services are designed for personal and professional growth, intuition, and spiritual empowerment. They are not medical, psychological, therapeutic, financial, or legal advice.

By participating, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You are responsible for your own emotional, physical, and mental well-being.
  • You understand that results vary based on your participation, choices, and personal circumstances.

Serefair disclaims liability for any decisions, outcomes, or experiences that arise from use of the Services.

4. CLIENT OBLIGATIONS

By engaging with Serefair, you agree to:

  • Honour the energetic and financial commitments you make.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Services if these obligations are breached.

5. PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS

5.1 Payments
 All Services must be paid in full before commencement, unless a payment plan has been agreed upon. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are committing to your own growth and transformation.

5.2 Refunds
 Due to the energetic and personal nature of coaching, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by law. Requests for refunds will be reviewed case-by-case, but approval is not guaranteed.

6. RESULTS DISCLAIMER

Transformation depends on many factors including your commitment, openness, and action. While client testimonials may be shared, they are illustrative and do not guarantee specific outcomes.

You accept full responsibility for your own growth journey.

    7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

    All content provided by Serefair—including written materials, digital downloads, rituals, practices, session recordings, branding, and course content—remains the intellectual property of Serefair.

    You may not copy, reproduce, modify, resell, or distribute any materials without written permission.

    8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

    To the fullest extent permitted by law:

    • Serefair is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Services.
    • All decisions you make during or after engaging with our Services are your sole responsibility.
